Terms of Service

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Viewday (“Viewday,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By (a) signing up for a free or paid account, (b) purchasing a subscription, or (c) otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

Viewday provides a cloud-based service that allows you to embed your Google Calendars into Notion (“Service”). You are solely responsible for the content you upload, connect, or otherwise provide through the Service (“User Data”).

We own and retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, branding, and design, and any improvements or modifications thereto. You retain ownership of your User Data, subject to the limited rights granted herein.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your login with others outside of your subscription plan.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, unless caused by Viewday’s security breach.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates the terms of Google, Notion, or other third-party providers.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these restrictions.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on integrations with Google Calendar and Notion (“Third-Party Services”).

  • You must comply with the terms of those Third-Party Services.
  • We do not control and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies.
  • We disclaim all liability arising from your use of Third-Party Services.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

  • Viewday offers Free, Pro, Pro+, and Team plans (“Plans”).
  • Paid Plans automatically renew monthly or annually, unless cancelled.
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at our discretion but we’ll notify you in advance. If fees change, you may choose not to renew.
  • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription (excluding our income taxes).
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until outstanding amounts are paid.

6. Data & Privacy

  • You own your User Data. You grant Viewday a limited license to process and display your User Data solely to provide the Service.
  • We may collect anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
  • We maintain reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee against all risks.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. You agree to protect our confidential information with reasonable care, and we will do the same for yours. Confidential information excludes information that is public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from third parties.

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated in accordance with this Section.

  • Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees are non-refundable. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, your subscription will end and your account will be downgraded to inactive status.
  • Data Deletion: Upon termination of your subscription, all of your User Data will be permanently deleted from our systems, unless retention is required by law.
  • Viewday Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach this Agreement or misuse the Service.

Sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. General Terms

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the full agreement between you and Viewday.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
